Purpose
Longitudinal fences protect walls, vertical slabs, racks and other structures from collisions with trucks and special equipment. You can also use them for zoning out the working area, e.g. by blocking off the entrance to an area where forklifts are not allowed to move. This increases safety when working in a warehouse or production shop.

Description
ROD FLOOR longitudinal barriers are a single-tier structure consisting of a horizontal beam and several supports fixed to a concrete floor, asphalt or other hard surface. Their main feature is frost resistance, which allows you to install them in freezing compartments and outdoors. REFLEX material, of which the outer covering of barriers is made, retains its strength characteristics at temperatures above -30...-40°C. This enables the use of protective products in moderate climate typical to the whole territory of Ukraine.
The protective functions are ensured primarily due to the strength characteristics of the horizontal beam and the use of anchor bolts when installing the barrier on a solid surface. The products are painted in bright yellow; this also enhances safety by improving visibility, even in darkened premises or at night (if installed in an outdoor area).
ROD FLOOR 70 model is suitable for light cargo storage areas. The horizontal bar will have a diameter of 70 mm and the height of the barrier will be 120 mm. In areas where heavy warehouse equipment is often used (e.g. diesel or electric forklifts), it will be effective to use ROD FLOOR 120, which has a reinforced design and a horizontal element with a diameter of 120 mm. The barrier height in this case is 141 mm.
The length of barriers depends on the requirements for protection systems at a particular site. Our catalogue offers barriers in lengths of 50, 100, 150, 200 and 300 cm. Such a variety of sizes allows you to form almost any configuration to protect the whole building or some of its parts.
