Purpose

Description
Since shelf racking is the most popular type of racking along with pallet systems, there are quite often used structures of proper quality, which allows you to save money on the purchase of equipment.
Shelf racking comes in a variety of configurations and parameters:
- type of fastening: on bolts or hooks;
- shelf material: metal, wood;
- the design of the strut is freestanding or in the form of a prefabricated upright frame, solid or consisting of several parts in height;
- possibility to extend the sections in length, saving on common struts – available or not;
- metal coating: galvanized or polymer powder;
- the shelf design is solid, with a direct attachment to the strut or composite, resting on slats;
- fixing to the floor: possible or not;
- loads on a shelf: 80 to 1250 kg.
When buying used shelves, you will most likely have to make a certain compromise, because, given such a variety of possible options, it is very unlikely that an ideal configuration rack will be available at the right time, and even in the required quantity.
In some cases, it may be "cheaper" to buy new racks that correspond to the technical task as much as possible.
