Purpose
Shelf containers are designed primarily for storing small-piece items on shelves. However, their design allows for both rack and floor storage with containers stacking and an optimal set formation.
A wide range of typical sizes allows maximum space density and the right shape and depth for any type of small-piece items. Dividers are an added benefit. In order to consume fewer crates, you can simply install two or three removable dividers across the width, so that different types of goods will not be mixed up.

Description
The enterprise has premium equipment, in particular powerful UNILOY die casting machines with clamping force from 300 to 1300 tons; this allows moulding various items from a few grams to 30 kg.
Containers are made by high-pressure casting. High quality of products is provided not only by the production technology, but also by the composition of the material. The material used is primary polypropylene (PP), which is highly dielectric, waterproof and resistant to external damage. This combination of features ensures the longest possible service life of up to 10 years and more.
The strength of the shelf trays is ensured by the presence of internal stiffening ribs, which help to keep the shape even with maximum loading of heavy elements, like metal parts. This makes it possible to stack the trays securely one on top of the other. It is thus possible to extend the range of use beyond shelf storage: it is possible to form a suitable structure for the specific conditions and store the set on the floor or office desk. The net result is that this design saves up to 15% of the total space.
Ease of operation is achieved due to the special shape of the container. The bottom edge is rounded, so that even the smallest part can be easily removed from the corner. With compact sizes, SK containers have sufficient capacity. This allows you to store a large volume of products and sort without cluttering the space. To protect the contents from damage and contamination, a polystyrene panel is placed in front.
It is also possible to install additional functional elements, such as dividers (across the width), a transparent VP front panel and a metal bracket. A transparent front panel with a label connector makes it possible to identify the contents in each container. The metal clip not only acts as a clamp, but also as a convenient carrying handle. Special dividers help to create separate bins of different sizes in one container. This increases handling speed considerably.
Trays comply with the international standard ISO 9001:2015, which is accepted and recognized in more than 140 countries around the world. In particular, shelf containers comply with the technical regulations "On packaging safety".
Sklad Service provides a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 1 year. However, with proper care, thanks to the durable high-quality material, the use period reaches 10 years.
