Description

Even when designing an existing residential complex, the ICEBERG SULO system will be appropriate to create a beautiful green landscape and a neat waste area. Modern technologies and developments of the German company allow not only to streamline the appearance of the territories, but also to improve their condition. This is primarily the absence of odours, since the containers are completely sealed and located underground. It is also an optimization of space, because one such system will require only ⅓ area, and will replace 20 conventional two-wheeled bins.

The MAX 4 series is distinguished by improved ergonomics: the size of the hatches and the drum simplifies the placement of packages; optimized access for children and people with disabilities. The exterior of the system is very neat, designed with the introduction of such systems in public places. The receiver is minimalistic and will fit even the most conservative style, so the system is often used in the Netherlands. The column has 4 types of slots, which is very convenient for sorting rubbish.

Improved hygiene: hatches can be opened with an additional foot pedal to avoid hand contact with the container. It consists of three main components: a concrete bowl (shaft), an internal container and a receiving device (column).

The concrete bowl is manufactured at the plant from high-strength concrete (C45/55), it is made by monolithic solid casting. This design is completely protected from moisture and equipped with a pump pit. Due to the recesses in the concrete crowns, surface water flows better when the tanks are located next to each other. To ensure maximum safety of operation of underground systems, the concrete bowl is equipped with a safety mechanism, which, when removing the inner container, automatically closes and blocks access to the mine due to springs and valves. This protection withstands a load of 150 kg, respectively, completely prevents people from falling inside by carelessness.

The platform connecting the container and the receiving device is made of corrugated galvanized steel, can be mounted externally or hidden, on the same level with the ground surface.

The design is easy to use, designed according to the highest European standards. The inner container is made of galvanized sheet metal, has three variants of the dimensional grid, the side walls are fastened together with reliable rivets. The exterior is an attractive alternative to the design, like other improved columns of the Iceberg series, harmoniously integrated into urban landscapes with modern architecture. The slot system can be equipped with high-quality equipment, such as digital access control. The pedestrian platform is thickened, consists of bulbous steel.

Thanks to the Securoflap safety mechanism, the system is easy to maintain. When removing the container, the springs provide expansion and automatic locking of the two valves of the protective system. 

The device includes a retractable opening system with a fixed limiter, so the container is opened by grabbing a hook over the vehicle for waste removal, as a result of which the lower flap is unlocked, and the waste is thrown clearly into the vehicle.

Another plus is the personalized access setup (control system). The installation can only be used by registered users, holders of smart cards. The chip synchronizes all user manipulations and the company has information about them.

Additional options for ease of use: protection against buoyancy, seamless installation of systems is possible, outdoor or concealed installation, a complete set with a rubber coating to protect against falling and noise, a complete set of paving stones for unobtrusive integration into the street landscape.
