Description
MAX 3 system has a modern design with smooth shapes. This makes the area look more attractive, as the underground method of waste storage completely prevents unpleasant odours and waste accumulation. The bins are located underground, coming out in neat columns, which are also ideal for waste sorting, as it is possible to choose different shapes and holes.
The main structural element is the concrete shaft, which is located underground and fully protected against the ingress of moisture. The solid concrete block is the main element of the system. It consists of high-strength material (C45/55) and provides the highest level of safety for the entire structure.
A column, i.e. the outer part of the system, distinguishes MAX 3 series. The clever design has proven itself in practice and is actively used in the Netherlands. The classic style and lines of the columns allow them to blend into any urban environment, even the most demanding.
The manufacturer cares not only about the proper filling of the system, but also about the material quality. The columns are made of the best stainless steel and retain their presentable appearance even after long use. A client can choose the surface: matte, smooth or polished. The pedestrian platform connects to the column and the ground cover of the sunken waste bin. The inner bins are environmentally friendly and come in a variety of sizes from 40 litres to 110 litres.
This system is convenient in the context of waste storage, as well as its collection. The workload of the recycling companies is reduced considerably. Firstly, the ability to measure the fullness of the bin reduces the number of service trips, as half-empty bins are not serviced and are emptied automatically after the signal. Secondly, the system is so easy to maintain that even an elderly person can handle it. Thanks to the automated processes, there is no contact with waste, and only one person is needed to empty it.
A large number of additional functions, such as a weighted flap, provide all the conditions required for the efficient collection and sorting of waste, free from foreign particles and odours, as it should be in the modern world.
The product is designed in accordance with ISO 50001, which means an improved energy system in production: greater efficiency and safety, and reduced energy consumption. It has certificates of the international level EN 840 and RAL GZ 951/1.
