Purpose
You can use the single scissor lift table for lifting loads to 2 metres high (depending on the model). This allows the use of such units in manufacturing processes, warehousing logistics, as well as during repairs and maintenance. This makes them very versatile devices, which can be used in companies of almost any industry. Besides, a table can serve as an alternative to a ramp, if the design of the warehouse has a significant drop in height between a loading platform and a vehicle (truck, car or container).

Description
The single scissor lift table consists of a supporting structure, a scissor mechanism, an upper platform for placing cargo and an electrohydraulic unit. The support plane has a flat shape; in some cases, it provides guide rails for wheel elements of the scissor mechanism. Besides, it also accommodates control nodes as well as a hydraulic lift.
A scissor block is a paired structure made of crossed metal beams that are connected movably. They are fixed firmly to the base plate and the upper platform on one side; only the connection angle of the beams to the supporting and upper plates changes at hydraulic mechanism movement. There are wheel elements on the other side of the scissor mechanism; they move along the base and the upper platform. There is an axis is in the centre, which is actuated by hydraulics; the axis is raised when it is activated, thus driving the entire scissors package, which in turn increases the height of the platform.
The electrohydraulic unit consists of a hydraulic lift and an electric control unit. When power is applied, the jack piston moves; its reference point is movably fixed on the axis of the scissor mechanism. This raises the upper ends of the lifts on which the load platform is located. Thus, the pallets and other cargo are lifted to the required height. It lowers due to the platform's weight.
Models with a load capacity of more than 2 tonnes are usually equipped with two hydraulic mechanisms. This is to reduce the load on the unit and to extend the design life of the lift table.
In addition to the parts mentioned above, devices for load lifting are equipped with additional elements. For example, a limit switch will automatically switch off the power supply when the upper platform reaches the maximum height. This is to prevent deformation of the scissor mechanism axis. There is also a damper for smooth cargo lowering. The special frame ensures safe operation.
