Purpose
Crates of KLT series are designed for intensive work in the field of storage and transportation of parts in the automotive industry, assembly and machine-building industries.
The material used is primary polypropylene (PP). It is dielectric and waterproof, as well as environmentally friendly. It makes it possible to use the crates in the food industry as well. Thick walls and internal stiffening ribs make KLT crates strong and durable.

Description
The crates of KLT series are specially designed for the delivery and storage of heavy spare parts and comply with European automotive standards. We provide a variety of typical sizes. This makes it possible to place several smaller crates on top of larger ones, forming a compact set to optimise space.
We offer two variants: with solid bottom and reinforced bottom. The second variant (RL-KLT) has additional stiffening ribs at the bottom and is suitable for heavier parts. The embossed bottom surface prevents slipping and provides high impact resistance and product safety. Containers with a smooth bottom (R-KLT) are ideal for less heavy parts. The design with side grips allows you conveniently carry crates without additional tools. The design of the crates makes it possible to store and dry spare parts due to special openings.
The crates can be fitted with covers as an option. This provides the possibility of sealing to control the safety of cargo in the supply chain. A coupling bumper allows you securely stack containers in height. It is also possible to complete the crates with additional inserts and covers; in this case, the expensive goods will not be damaged during long transportation. A common 1200x800 mm cover helps securely pack the pallet formed from the crates.
Containers are manufactured in accordance with international standards and designed in accordance with VDA 4500 requirements, which were developed by the German Association of the Automotive Industry.
Stiffening ribs around the perimeter will provide the highest impact resistance and a long service life, at least 10 years. Sklad Service provides an official warranty for a period of one year.
