Purpose
A universal solution for storing and transporting heavy loads. These pallets differ from other models by reinforced stiffening ribs, which ensure a high carrying capacity of the pallet - dynamic load (when moving) up to 1500 kg and static load up to 3000 kg.

Description
Plastic reinforced pallets comply with the strictest hygienic and environmental standards, as well as load capacity requirements. You can nest them, which significantly saves money when transporting pallets back. They are ideal for use as returnable plastic pallets.
They are made by high-pressure casting with a foaming agent. Primary polypropylene is used as a base. It has several advantages: practically zero electrical conductivity, resistance to mechanical damage, water resistance and frost resistance. The reinforced design ensures maximum load-bearing capacity of the pallet: stiffening ribs can withstand dynamic loads up to 1500 kg and static loads up to 3000 kg. The perimeter of the pallets is completed with bumpers for better stability of cargo.
The polypropylene pallets are easy to use and maintain, wash quickly and are resistant to chemical components of detergents. You can clean them at temperatures up to +90 °C. They meet the highest European standards for working with the food industry.
This series is characterized by a long service life and the possibility of repeated use, which significantly reduces operating costs. If they the pallets used properly, they will last for at least 10 years, performing all the basic functions and maintaining their appearance. For our part we offer a manufacturer warranty for 1 year.
