Purpose
They are designed for moving and storing light cargos. The pallet has a relatively small mass; at the same time, a special design provides it with strength, and makes it convenient to store and transport it without cargo. Description
This series refers to a type of warehouse packaging, which ensures the efficiency of cargo handling. Distinctive features of lightweight pallets: lightweight and compact dimensions, as well as the ability to nest them, which is very convenient when transporting containers back.
Designed for export operations. The design of the pallet allows it to withstand dynamic loads up to 1 ton with its empty weight of 6 kg. Such pallets are optimal for moving goods in soft big-bag type containers. Unlike the wooden analogues, they do not need phytosanitary treatment. Besides, they meet special requirements for the tightness of the big bag and the absence of foreign objects in cargo, such as wood chips or studs.
The pallets consist of a perforated body and strong bumpers around the perimeter; have high impact resistance and reliability in operation. Optionally, we can complete them with runners for safe stacking. Since the pallets are nestable, they take up a minimum of space during empty storage or return transportation.
As the most economical solution among plastic pallets, they are often used for export operations. Long service life (up to 10 years), contributes to savings in production, since the use of such pallets allows you to optimize work processes and costs. This increases the efficiency of sales and deliveries, as well as storage in a warehouse.
