Description
SULO two-wheeled bins are unique in terms of durability and reliability, primarily due to high-quality raw materials, clever design and large wall thickness with stiffeners. Plastic material has its advantages: it is easier to use than metal; smooth walls are easier to clean; it will be much quieter when in use; we provide a wide range of colours for easier waste sorting.
The containers are made by high-pressure cascade moulding, so the walls of the bins are perfectly smooth and durable, no special maintenance is required for cleaning. The material easily withstands sudden temperature fluctuations and do not fade in the sun due to special UV stabilisation. Easy maintenance and high-quality coating ensure that the bins retain their presentable appearance even after long periods of intensive use.
SULO 2-wheel bins have six stiffening ribs in which the wheel-mounting axle is securely fixed, which is an absolute record-breaker in the market and makes them more reliable in long-term use. The gripping point is reinforced with a honeycomb structure, which considerably extends service life. When the container is lifted and lowered, the structure remains undamaged due to the reinforced front wall, which has greater density than other parts of the container. The metal parts are resistant to corrosion.
Optionally, it is possible to equip containers with various versions of lids and wheels, add ventilation holes (slots for paper/glass), locks and a pedal for opening the lid. Besides, the logo can be hot-embossed or an individual number printed on each container.
SULO keeps in step with the times – there are no harmful substances (such as cadmium, etc.), the bins are recyclable and can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. The option of waste sorting is also important: the bins have different slots (for paper or glass) and the wide range of standard colours makes it easier to organise separate waste collection.
The structure was designed in accordance with international standards, in particular bears the RAL GZ 951/1 mark, and complies with DIN EN 840-1. We provide the manufacturer warranty for a period of 1 year, however, with proper use containers can last more than 10 years.
