Dumpmaster® is the world's best-selling mobile wheelie bin tipper. Its robust welded steel frame carries a patented lift-and-tip mechanism that keeps the bin strictly within the machine's footprint throughout the entire cycle – no swing-out, no spillage, even at full 250 kg capacity.
This design requires less than 1 m² of floor space at any lift height from 700 to 3000 mm. The operator is fully protected by perimeter guarding and a door with an electromechanical interlock that prevents access to the mechanism during operation.
IP56 protection allows outdoor and wash-down use. Drive options: 24V/20Ah GEL battery pack (3-hour charge) or single-/three-phase mains. Safety rating CAT1/PLc standard; upgradeable to CAT3/PLd or CAT4/PLe. Four castors (2 swivelling) keep the machine mobile even under full load. Available accessories include the DM-SCALES weighing module, KIT-AUTOCYC PLC autocycle controller, solar charging panel, 200 mm and 300 mm drainage chutes, and fork pockets for crane handling.
