Design description
Structurally, this press is represented by an outer casing, an internal waste bin, a sealing mechanism and an indicator and light warning system. The outer casing is optionally made of high-density plastic (customisable) or wood (ECO models). On the surface of the compactor, it is possible, at the request of the client, to install a tray holder. This structural element can be ordered at any time and installed independently. The tray holder can be mounted and dismounted easily using the "click" method.
The baler is driven by an electric motor and compacts the waste in a 7:1 ratio. The weight of this model is 112 - 144 kg, depending on the selected model of the compactor.
The inner container is optionally available in plastic or galvanised steel. If the weight of the filled inner bin is too heavy, a metal trolley is available to remove the bin from the outer casing and transport it further. The bin is easily attached to the trolley with a pin. The bin can only be accessed with a key.
The lower part of the outer casing is equipped with a motion sensor that detects the presence of a consumer who is ready to dispose of waste. A signal is sent to the automatic door, which opens without the use of hands, ensuring a high level of hygiene. The door can be programmed to remain open at all times during peak times.
At the top there is an information panel (status indicator) that displays the level of filling of the compactor and informs you when the compaction process is in progress. Also, this model is equipped with a modem connection, which makes it possible to notify you of the need to change the garbage bag or perform maintenance. This is very convenient if the bins are placed over a large area.
