Description
The design, materials, and special software used to develop this packaging machine comply with the highest quality and safety standards of the EU. This turning table pallet wrapper consists of the following units: a horizontal frame, a rotating platform with a roller conveyor, a bar with a carriage for the film, a device for gripping and cutting the stretch film, an electronic control system, protective and optional elements.
The horizontal frame is made of strong galvanized steel with a powder coating. The rotating platform with an electric drive and roller conveyor is attached to the frame. The conveyor rollers are also made of galvanized steel. The platform rotates at a speed of 10 rotations per minute. In addition to its function of wrapping the film, if the wrapper is built into a production line, it can also be used for regular cargo transportation. The rotation of the platform and the movement of the carriage are controlled by an inverter, which allows the necessary speed to be set from the control panel.
The bar for moving the carriage with the film is made of steel sheets with a multilayer protective coating. The carriage is equipped with motorized rollers, which ensures efficient use of wrapping materials. To avoid damaging the product during wrapping, the pallet wrapper automatically compensates for the tension of the film in the corners of the load.
The automated system for gripping and cutting the film is universal and adaptive to any surface of the load on the pallet. The temperature of the film sealing is controlled by a thermostat.
The control system is located inside a cabinet for protection against accidental collisions, and the packaging machine is operated through a touch color screen located outside the protective covers, which allows the operator to easily control all machine functions through the touch screen.
The machine is equipped with photoelectric sensors that determine the start and end of the wrapping cycle and measure the height of the load. The model is equipped with a light and sound notification of the start of the packaging cycle. The wrapper can be supplied with protective fencing.
