Purpose
Folding modular containers are used in the logistics of the agricultural industry, food, manufacturing products and industrial goods. They are incredibly versatile due to their design features: you can adjust the height of the container by adding 330 mm high walls. At the same time, the containers do not take up much space when folded, and can be stacked filled and stored in a folded state. They are designed for operations in warehouses and production facilities of agricultural companies, trade and industry.

Design description
Folding modular containers of European quality are presented for pallets of different sizes. The most running europallets 1200x800 mm, in addition, there are options for pallets 600x800 mm and 1200x1000 mm. The height of the side walls is 330 mm. At the same time, the design feature is such that it is possible to independently adjust the height of the container walls by adding new slots of the side walls. The weight of the side walls, depending on the size of the container, is 5.8-8.5 kg. It is possible to stack up to 500 kg.
The walls are made of polypropylene (PP) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The material is lightweight and does not add to the weight of the container, which is important for transport and storage. When filled, the containers can be stacked without damaging the products, they have high legs and reinforced side ribs. Plastic makes it easy to clean hygienically. It is chemically resistant to alkalis, oils, acids and solvents.
Containers are universal, as they can be used as an independent container. They are placed on a pallet-type platform. Convenient for the work of warehouse equipment, since the basis is a two-way pallet on three runners. This significantly saves time on loading-unloading operations.
When folded, containers significantly save warehouse space - about 60%. The walls of the containers can be folded and packaged into a base. Disassembly time - the assembly of the container is a matter of minutes.
