Purpose
IBC containers are designed for storing and transporting liquid and bulk cargo. They are widely used for arranging swimming pools, water tanks and as a septic tank in suburban complexes, tourist resorts and summer cottages.
The Eurocube can be buried in the ground, and its material does not oxidise. And thanks to the lathing, IBC containers can be stacked without losing their shape. The containers' capabilities are so wide that they are used both in private households and industry.

Design description
The Eurocube is a reusable plastic container in the form of a cubic tank with rounded corners in the lattice and on the pallet, which is used for storing and transporting various liquids and bulk materials. The metal crate protects it from mechanical damage and facilitates stacking in 2 to 3 tiers.
Eurocubes are equipped with metal pallets. This model is constructed from metal profiles that can withstand heavy loads and provide good strength and durability. Metal pallets are more enduring than their wooden counterparts, but their price is higher. To prevent corrosion, this type of pallet is made of galvanised steel. Galvanised steel has excellent strength and durability, which ensures safety and reliability during use.
The operating temperature of the Eurocube is -30 to +60 °C. There are standard containers with a capacity of 1000 litres and non-standard containers with volumes of 800 - 1250 litres. Sometimes you can find containers with a capacity of 640 litres and 3000 litres. The dimensions of IBC containers are indicated without the pallet. The main parameters to consider are height, width, wall thickness, diameter, neck section and weight.
The material of the Eurocubes is high-density low-pressure polyethylene, which has a positive effect on the weight of the container. A standard 1200x1000x1160 mm Eurocube per 1000 litres weighs about 60 kg.
The containers are bolted to different pallets. Loading and unloading is carried out using a forklift. The Eurocubes are optimised for high-bay storage systems, conveyor lines and containerised shipping.
