Purpose
Goods lifts are specifically designed for installation in industrial and warehouse premises with workspaces on the first storey. Such a design eliminates the need to build a lift shaft and the need for bulky structures with cable elements. At the same time, these lift tables are much more reliable and efficient, because not only electrical (as in the case of standard cable lifts) but also hydraulic traction are used. This makes them ideally suited for use in warehouses and workshop premises.

Description
This equipment is standard lift tables. However, they can effectively fulfil the role of the goods lift if their specification meets the requirements of a particular environment.
The operating mechanism of the goods lift is based on a hydraulic actuator. When fluid is applied, it lifts the central axis of the scissor mechanism. This reduces the distance between the upper ends of the beams of this unit and increases their height. The cargo platform is attached to them, which is also lifted.
To increase the maximum lifting height, you can complete the structure with an additional scissor mechanism (in exceptional cases, two mechanisms). However, this imposes higher loads on the connection joints and parts, so making such changes to the equipment of goods lift leads to a decrease in the design load capacity. It is sufficient for the daily tasks of a manufacturing or logistics facility.
The advantages of this option are obvious. Primarily, there are no cable mechanisms at all, which require shafts and technical rooms. This is quite expensive and therefore not always practical, especially in the case of small or medium-sized companies. To install the lift table, all you have to do is make a pit of sufficient depth, bring the unit to the location and fix it in place.
It should also be noted that lift tables are somewhat easier to maintain compared to cable lifts. This reduces the cost of maintenance and operation.
There are standard models of hydraulic goods lifts, which are most suitable for the existing conditions. If there are additional requirements for the equipment, it can be customised. It is also possible to install other options that further enhance the unit’s functionality. For example, it is possible to equip a lift with a loading ramp, i.e. a movable metal platform allowing you to place cargo on the platform using a hydraulic trolley (manual pallet jack).
