Purpose
The 50 tons hydraulic baler is the largest vertical baler in our range of compactors. It is a reliable and robust heavy-duty machine that is ideal for any business with high volumes of cardboard and plastic packaging.
The hydraulic system provides the power needed to compact the waste, and the vertical design allows for efficient use of the floor space of industrial facilities. Thanks to its 50 tons pressing force, this model produces high-density bales of up to 500 kg.

Design description
The 50 tonnes hydraulic vertical press consists of the following structural elements: metal body, hydraulic system, pressing platform, electronic and manual control, belt holder, safety equipment.
The metal case is treated with an anti-corrosion agent, covered with two layers of paint and powder coating. The device should be installed in a covered place, protected from the wind, with normal lighting.
The hydraulic system is a unit consisting of a hydraulic cylinder, an electric motor, a lubrication tank, a pump, control and measuring devices and peripherals. This system drives the pressing platform.
The electronic panel has several information indicators on the status of the press, buttons for switching from automatic to manual operation, buttons for selecting the pressing material and an emergency switch.
The model is also equipped with a convenient and safe handwheel lock for locking the door. The hydraulic pipes and moving parts of the machine are hidden behind covers and guards.
