Purpose
The POTENTIAL series of hydraulic balers is a high-quality equipment that implements the innovative Black Star hydraulic technology, which allows for the production of bales of higher density. The compact dimensions of the balers are adapted for easy transport and placement in places where the ceiling height is limited.
The POTENTIAL line of hydraulic balers is designed for pressing non-rigid materials such as corrugated cardboard, paper and plastics. These models are ideally suited for industrial applications with high pressing volumes.
Design description
The POTENTIALLY hydraulic presses have a robust and reliable design that is designed for a long period of operation. The equipment consists of a body, hydraulic system and control panel. The main elements of the pressing system are hydraulic cylinders and an oil station that drive the pressing platform. The pressing force in the hydraulic press range is from 18.5 tonnes to 52 tonnes.
The body of the presses is made of metal and has a three-layer finish: an anti-corrosion layer, two-component paint and powder coating. The equipment is designed for operation in the temperature range of -10...+40°C. At temperatures below +5°C, a low-temperature lubricant and/or a heater should be used.
The control panel is as simple and intuitive as possible. On the control panel, there is a selector labelled PAPER/PLASTIC. This marking indicates high (for paper) and low (for plastic) pressing pressure. There are also buttons on the panel to select whether the press cycle is to be started manually (MAN) or automatically (AUTO). When the machine is in AUTO mode, the press cycle starts automatically when the sliding door is closed.
The hydraulic presses are equipped with the following safety devices: a sliding door switch that prevents the pressing process from taking place when the door is open, covers and guards that cover hydraulic elements and moving parts of the machine, and an emergency stop button. The sliding doors are equipped with pneumatic springs that ensure slow door movement.
