Purpose
Flexible posts of ROD PE series are designed specifically for installation in freezing compartments and in outdoor sites. These products can be permanently exposed to temperatures down to -40°C without losing their strength properties. This is achieved with a special polymer material (REFLEX brand), which is resistant to cracking at low temperatures due to its chemical composition and lattice structure.

Description
ROD PE Frost-resistant protective posts manufactured by MPM (Italy) are designed specifically for use in low temperatures. You can install them in freezing compartments, as well as outdoors in moderate climates, where winter temperatures can drop to -30...-40°C.
You can use these posts to protect any parts of buildings and structures, in particular walls, intermediate slabs, corners and projections. Besides, you can use these posts to prevent damage to infrastructure elements such as switchboards, electricity transmission poles, water, heating and gas pipes and communication towers.
There are two models of frost-resistant posts in the company's catalogue. ROD PE 120 products are suitable for use at facilities with the presence of cargo transport and heavy warehouse equipment. The diameter of this model is 120 mm. There is a choice of two versions, which differ in height, either 433 mm or 560 mm.
ROD PE 70 model is suitable for warehouse areas where light machinery or manual hydraulic trolleys (manual pallet jacks) are mainly used. The diameter of these products is 70 mm, and the height is 266 mm.
You can fix the posts on the surface using special threaded bolts with anchor elements. This part of the structure also has a load-bearing role, which performs main protective functions. All threaded elements are covered by plugs, so they will not interfere during the work on the object.
