Purpose
The Eurocube (IBC, Intermediate Bulk Container) is a cargo container used in industry as a convenient container for the safe storage and transportation of large volumes of bulk and liquid substances. The range of cargoes is extensive, including chemicals (non-aggressive) and food (liquid, bulk and paste).

Design description
Structurally, the cubes comprise a metal frame (lattice), a plastic body (flask), optional accessories and a pallet. The metal frame is made of steel profiles and sheets by welding. The finished lathing is treated with anti-corrosion agents and painted.
The body of the IBC container is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which is characterized by high resistance to chemical compounds and environmental influences. The body has a neck with a screw cap on top, and a tap or gate valve for emptying is installed on the front wall, closer to the bottom.
The steel body is attached to the pallet with screws, which adds considerable strength to this product. A plastic pallet is lighter than its wooden counterpart, less exposed to the environment, but in case of mechanical damage, it cannot be repaired or further used.
This type of container has gained considerable popularity in the Ukrainian market not only among large industrial enterprises but also in households (for example, for drinking or process water). Euro cubes have several advantages, such as ease of use and maintenance because of their ergonomic design, saving of useful space during storage and transportation, optimal filling of containers, reliable protection of goods from the negative impact of external factors.
