Description

Pre-erected and barracks rooms consist of steel / aluminum beams and trusses covered with one or two layers of PVC fabric (awning). Thoughtful design and simplicity of connections ensure quick installation and disassembly. This property allows you to deploy a building or relocate in the shortest possible time, which is especially important for law enforcement agencies and army. For example, the installation of a simple barracks room with an area of 1,000 sq.m. can be completed in just 1 day.

Tent warehouse are designed for year-round use, withstand strong wind (up to 30 m/s) and snow (up to 300 kg/m2) loads, and the roof slope angle required for the climatic region (18-38 degrees) allows water and snow to descend unhindered.

For heating in the cold season, several heating options can be used (oil, electric stoves, heaters, other solutions). An increase in heating efficiency is achieved by laying air conductors along the ceiling (optional), which evenly distribute the heat coming from the furnaces. Other available options are also designed to increase the comfort and functionality of the room: lighting, air conditioning and forced ventilation, transparent inserts, double-glazed windows (in the case of sandwich panel walls), doors, gates of various types and sizes.

The presence of air conditioning in summer is no less important than heating in winter, because during a hot sunny day such a building can get very hot. If the facility is designed for permanent work or accommodation of people, it is advisable to organize an air conditioning system adequate to the building area.
The frame materials are mainly anodized aluminium (service life of 50 years, resistant to corrosion), to a lesser extent profiled steel, specially designed for areas with extreme weather conditions.

A common and basic material for walls and roofs is PVC fabric (awning), a lightweight and durable material that provides effective protection from rain and wind. It allows sunlight to pass through, providing illumination of the room during the daytime, this is the most affordable option, occupying a minimum of volume during relocation. The choice of the optimal material depends on the tasks of the room, the requirements for speed and ease of installation and disassembly, and of course affects the purchase budget.

Other wall options:

Corrugated board – single-layer steel walls (T-18, T-35), which provide strength and prevent malicious intruders into the room, because the awning can be cut if desired. Insulated sandwich panels (60-120 mm thick) are mainly used for buildings that are not often planned to be transported from place to place. Because they take longer to mount and take up many times more space, which is less convenient and more expensive in logistics.

Additional roof materials:

PVC double + Black Out – Black Out material is glued between two layers of PVC with the application of British reflective foil. Thanks to this coating, thermal insulation is provided during winter periods and the preservation of coolness on hot days. Inflatable PVC is a two–layer PVC into which air is pumped and a constant pressure is maintained with the help of a pump. This option is the most heat-saving and is suitable for effective heat preservation even in harsh winter conditions.
