Description of the construction
Modular structures for military are called "Rapid response systems" (Rapid response systems - RRS) because they allow you to simultaneously perform several functions: the possibility of rapid relocation; safe storage and warehousing of food and non-food stocks, equipment and mechanisms; long-term use for living; sanitary safety in case of medical care.
Modular structures are easy to customize for different needs. Thanks to the patented hinge mechanism, it is possible to deploy the room without a team of builders by actually two people. The hinge mechanism allows you to make complex movements without the use of additional devices, has a high efficiency, allows you to reproduce various trajectories of movement. The modular structures of the CONTINEST retain their initial geometry and reliability, even with multiple relocations.
Since the area of the modules is identical to 10- and 20-foot ISO containers, they can be transported by road, rail, sea and air. One standard truck can load 20 CN10 modular blocks weighing 900 kg, or 10 blocks weighing 1870 kg each.
The frame of the structure is made of bent hot-rolled steel with a thickness of 4 mm with a treated surface. The walls are made of 60 mm thermal insulation sandwich panels with metal lining. In addition, it is possible to optionally protect the modules with armoured walls with noise absorption effect. The surfaces correspond to the seventh level of protection VPAM ARP2006.
The Sika roof has a lifetime warranty against leakage. It is made of thermal insulation sandwich panels of 80 mm with metal lining.
There are a number of auxiliary options, such as water supply, heating, lighting, ventilation. This implies the presence of a CE-certified electrical system (220V 32A) with LED panels, built-in sockets, switches, distributors and an intelligent fuel consumption management system. Due to this, modular structures for military needs are suitable for long-term, maximum efficient and trouble-free use. To save light during the day, double windows made of aluminium are provided in modular units. They are resistant to rust, do not require special care, and do not emit harmful substances under the influence of ultraviolet rays. The service life of windows is 80 years.
