Description
Modula Sintes 1 is a lift system, which helps to maximise the use of space in a production or warehouse space. This is achieved due to the vertical design, which allows you to place shelves with cargo on top of each other.
At the same time, there is no natural restriction that applies to conventional racks. The fact is that the use of standard warehouse structures is completely safe only at a height below human height (170-180 cm). If the goods are located higher, then staff is faced with the need to use ladders, furniture or other supports in order to reach the shelf. This increases the likelihood of falls and injuries, with the potential for additional costs associated with sick leave.
In the case of Modula Sintes 1 lift systems, we have a completely different situation. A staff worker uses a special control console with a touch screen display to select the desired item. The automatic cargo platform picks up the desired shelf and takes it down to the receiving window.
In order to increase usage efficiency, it makes sense to integrate this type of equipment into the overall warehouse management system. This will not only allow you to keep order in the warehouse, but also make it much easier to keep inventory records.
