Description
The Modula Lift system is an automated warehouse, characterized by ergonomics, ease of use and technological equipment. The software interface helps you find the goods you need quickly and the touchscreen display makes it easy to monitor and control the storage system. For more flexible warehouse management, Modula Lift has built-in software with extensive functionality.
The automated storage system has different configurations for the delivery bay, i.e. internal or external, with single or double shelf feed. The choice of the right set of settings and equipment depends primarily on the requirements to the system.
The internal compartment is a perfect solution for space optimisation. Its presence makes it possible to implement the system in situations where it is necessary to minimise the surface area occupied by the machine.
The external compartment, in turn, facilitates the operator's work and improves ergonomics. It is ideal when mechanical equipment such as lifts, manipulators or overhead cranes are used.
Single-level loading is suitable if the machine is used occasionally or if the operator does not spend too much time for order picking. In turn, two-level loading is recommended for those who need fast and efficient picking, since this option reduces downtime.
